Refund Policy

DirectGro is committed to a fair, transparent experience for every member. This policy describes refunds for paid memberships, promotional services and value-added trade desk services.

Membership refunds

Premium membership purchases may be refunded within 7 days of the original transaction if no buyer leads, badge or featured placement benefits have been consumed. Pro-rated refunds are not offered after the cooling-off period.

Promotional services

Featured listing, banner and category-spotlight services are non-refundable once the campaign is live. Cancellations before campaign start are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

Direct transactions

DirectGro is a B2B discovery and trade-matching platform. We do not facilitate or hold payment for buyer-seller transactions. Disputes about products, payments or shipping must be resolved directly between buyer and seller; our trade desk can mediate on request.

How to request a refund

Email support@directgro.in from the registered account with your order ID. Our team processes refund requests within 7 business days.

Important Payment Notice

Only payments made through the official DirectGro payment gateway are valid. We do not accept payments made to any personal UPI ID, bank account, QR code, or any other payment method. "DirectGro" is our only official brand. If you make a payment anywhere else or under any other name, you will be solely responsible for it.
